Overview

Description

Telecom application package (TAP) software is available for the CX28224/5/9 devices, and is characterized by a well-defined application programming interface (API) that allows easy integration with higher-level application software and shortens the development cycle.

Package features include register configuration, diagnostics, failure monitoring register access, failure monitoring advanced functions (defect/failure integration and decay), performance monitoring register access, and performance monitoring advanced functions (thresholding and 15 min/24 hour statistics accumulation).

Tools include debug monitor/hardware simulator. ANSI-C source code is operating system-independent.
