Overview
Description
Running on the MXT4400 Traffic Stream Processor (TSP), the PortMakerI Cell Traffic Manager (CTM) application combines the speed of a dedicated hardware device with the flexibility of a software-based solution. PortMakerI CTM provides policing, traffic shaping, OAM processing and congestion management for high-speed ATM applications. The performance is OC-12 using two MXT4400s, or 2xOC-3 using a single MXT4400.
